At RingPlus, she took on the role of Project Manager, where she enhanced her expertise by overseeing mobile integration projects and ensuring compliance with FCC regulations. Transitioning to The Next Idea's Group in 2017, Thelma fronted initiatives for iconic brands such as Plant Power, Tacos Don Manolito, and Abalona Café, where she focused on optimizing point-of-sale software, hardware installation, and integrations. As Project Director in the Design and Architecture sector, she has been instrumental in driving success across various industries and brands, including Sizzler, IHG, YMCA, Sweet Flower, and Girl's Inc.
